Scrumptious Sea Turtles

Vanilla bean cupcakes with a Swiss meringue buttercream and custom made dark, milk and white chocolate sea turtles.

Note: This is one example of cupcakes.

We can adapt, embellish and create novel designs for you!

Banana Puddin' Treats

French vanilla custard with alternating layers of fresh banana slices and Madagascar vanilla cake, garnished with crushed vanilla wafers. Cup size is 2.5in l x 2.5 in w x 3in h.

Chiffon sponge cake with passion fruit gel and vanilla rum whipped cream (Non Alcoholic).

Rice Crispie Biggies!

New twists on a family favorite! Again, highly customizable with various glazes and coatings (think chocolate and other frostings).

Note: Trooper minifigures are to scale...these are big! 4 inch squares.

Lemon Mousse Entremet

Talk about fancy! This multi-layered lemon mousse features a blackberry curd (think custard) perched atop a pistachio dacquoise (a crispy nut meringue bed). Customizable with big WOW factor!

Tres Leches Mini Cakes

These traditional sweet cakes feature a vanilla sponge cake soaked with two different types of milk (condensed and evaporated) and heavy cream. It is garnished with a spiced rum vanilla whipped cream and freshly ground cinnamon. This one is perfect just as it is!
