Mini desserts are individual portioned desserts with big creativity and flavor! Bring your ideas or brainstorm with us. Whether it's a cookie, cake, custard or tart base, one thing is certain:

Vanilla bean cupcakes with a Swiss meringue buttercream and custom made dark, milk and white chocolate sea turtles.

Banana Puddin' Treats

French vanilla custard with alternating layers of fresh banana slices and Madagascar vanilla cake, garnished with crushed vanilla wafers. Cup size is 2.5in l x 2.5 in w x 3in h.

Chiffon sponge cake with passion fruit gel and vanilla rum whipped cream (Non Alcoholic).
